Do you have any advice for staying close and connected with friends as adulthood and distance start to make hanging out all the time difficult? Attending a wedding in Mendocino County this summer and the dress code is “California Cocktail.” I have no context for this as an East Coast resident—the FAQ says cocktail or semiformal, but I’d love to know how you interpret that dress code!
