I kept smiling throughout this whole post. From the intriguing “bruise colored” sweater to REI-core colors, really love how you make these descriptions feel so visceral.
Love the kabocha recipe I will try it make it and sub the pancetta for shiitake “bacon”. I love that you take a pole dancing class I have always wanted to do that! Maybe I’ll look into it ♥️
I’ve made shiitake bacon before and it would pair well for this dish. Try pole if you can, it’s so much fun and usually a great group of kind/inclusive folks

OMG the vintage Wedgewood stove 😍
they last forever, i think this one is from the 60s? the company was based in the bay so they're common in old homes!
It is soooo elaborate meal season

It’s delicious and nutritionally loaded too 😌
I'm sweating just thinking about wearing two sweaters at once.
Sensory nightmare
truly considering buying a nutribullet just for this pasta
i use a giant vitamix blender and its really janky but gets the job done!

Love Mairin, I have her cotton pants and that alpaca henley has been on my wishlist! So cozy how you styled it with the dark green.
She writes a fun Substack called The Mindful Designer's Almanac for behind-the-scenes on how her pieces come to life.
i didnt realize she had a substack! the henley is so well-made.
