If you’ve been reading for a while, you know I browse TRR religiously. Despite the reported messy internal company dysfunction and customer complaints, I think it’s still the best platform for great deals on secondhand designer if you check early and check often. Some of my most thrilling buys have ranged from Shushutong mary janes and Martiniano glove flats for under $100 to Acne wool coats and Miu Miu knits for over 90% off retail.

But TRR is more than a shopping platform for me. It’s also how I learn about new brands and designers, and most importantly—how I tap into outfit inspo. There have been multiple times where I’m looking for something in a specific clothing category, ex: a casual sneaker. By filtering for my criteria, I end stumbling on shoes from brands I’ve never heard of.

I also “like” items on TRR generously. It’s not a selective decision, I like anything and everything that vaguely piques my interest even if I know it’s not something I would actually wear or buy. It helps me keep a pulse on what I’m feeling to right now. What colors, prints, shapes, textures I’m drawn to. My likes page is a peek into my current fashion mood.

Here are some of my current likes, styled into outfit moodboards.

1. Au Pair goes to the Discotheque

A sweet cotton floral print dress with a kerchief to keep her hair out of the way. Padded sandals to pick up baguette and market radishes. After work she takes off her apron and takes this metal paco rabanne crossbody to the discotheque.
