I wish! I bought it secondhand but I can tell from the slight color variation in the fabric that it used to be white and was dyed. And yes…it’s fully hot latte weather in SF ☁️
The zebra print bikini under the sheer top is everything!! And are you a fellow pole dancer too?! Were those poles in the background of your studio picture?😍
I loveee low flow!! I think the floor work is the foundation to the whole thing. Like the fancy tricks are incredible, but it can’t all come together unless you’ve got the floor stuff mastered. That just makes the whole routine chef’s kiss
Yes!! For me the tricks have such a steep learning curve that I get exhausted easily and lose motivation + confidence - low flow isn’t *easy* but it feels easier to adjust for your energy levels + mood that day! Like some days the idea of inverting makes me wanna die lol
Oakland pole and dance studio! I used to go there, I miss pole dancing so much
It’s so fun when you get in a groove! I’m loving low flow right now!

Have you been to Bodega SF yet? Incredible tasting menu downtown - creative Vietnamese food. Rad cocktails too!
Not yet but that one is on my list! What should I order when I go!?
Def get the chefs tasting menu
I love your orange silk dress Viv, did you dye it yourself? Currently shivering in a wool sweater, June gloom is working overtime this week.

Yesss low flow feels like less pressure. Some days you just don’t feel like throwing your ass over your shoulders while you death grip the pole🤣
