I work in PR in DC and relate so hard to the lessons learned or made by Betty, especially not discounting any relationship or source when “networking.” And although many people are put off by some of the racist jokes made at Betty expenses, I find them to be funny and a true reflection of the times.

being both a Sports Guy and a Fashion Girl is really fun!! i think about the relationship between the two a lot, how each of them tell the personal stories of their participants, and the relationship of individual vs. collective in both.

I’m not even half way through but you’ve already convinced me to do a rewatch, I haven’t seen this show in YEAAAARS!!! But it was always my favorite.
